Approach
Advised against migrating until the target structure was properly defined. Introduced metadata columns and document sets in place of deep folder hierarchies, making content filterable by year, brand and project type without relying on folder navigation. Provided an enterprise Box structure template, clear information principles, and demonstrated metadata templates and Box Relay automations to support ongoing governance.
